On December 18th, 2025, Alexander Massey ran 51 kilometers (32 miles) across San Francisco, moving between eight major art institutions and encountering more than 10,000 artworks in twelve hours. The performance itself—the physical act of continuous viewing, movement, and endurrance—constituted the artwork. The work unfolds as a physicalized doom-scroll, turning consumption of art as an artwork in itself. This short film serves as its documentation, capturing the largest recorded number of artworks ever viewed by a person in a single day.
